Both them can achieve great results. They can last 3~6 months.

The only thing you need to do is caring and styling it as your natural hair. Like clip in hair, you can choose from variety of color and texture to match your natural hair perfectly. And they are healthy cause they will not cause damage to real hair if you care well and removed properly.

However, there are also some disadvantages. If not cared for properly the bonds between the scalp and extension can break, causing the extensions to loosen or fall out. Oil based hair products as well as heat styling tools such as curling and flat irons can also weaken the bonds. They need a long time to both attach and remove. And they are in a high price.

Many ladies choose this method nowadays as a fashion method. You can see it really goes a natural way to lead ladies to a fashion hairstyle!
